Philip S. Plowden

Philip S. Plowden was born in Chicago Illinois and graduated with a BA in Film and Video from Columbia College Chicago. The emerging Director also works as a Location Manager and Scout. Plowden is best known for his work on the award-winning, Range Runners (2019) and has recently completed work on 3 feature-length screenplays.
