A New Jersey native, Taylor Harris-Butler is a New York based actor, producer, and second assistant director. She holds a BFA in Acting from Marymount Manhattan College. Taylor has also trained at Terry Knickerbocker Studios and Abeson Studios, under the tutelage of renowned acting coach Anthony Abeson.From stage to screen, her performance credits include King Lear and All's Well That Ends Well with Hip to Hip Theatre Company, as well as Balance and Glass House, two short films produced by BethelFilmsNY - her production company. She has most recently starred in the indie film The Woods, which had its world premiere at New York Horror Film Festival in 2024.On the other side of the camera, Taylor works as a freelance second assistant director on various works: including Run 002 (2024) starring Willem Dafoe and Sing Sing (2023) starring Colman Domingo. Brands she has worked with include Nike, Netflix, Maybelline, Glossier, Peacock, Verizon, Neiman Marcus, Coach, Cole Haan, Hugo Boss, and various others.
